Formed by an alcoholic beverage attorney, Lana Coil, Silver Key assists clients in forming their corporation or limited liability company (LLC); drafting Bylaws, Operating Agreements and resolutions; registration of trademarks; and obtaining federal, state, and out of state licensing. Lana and her team are committed to offering these services at affordable rates so that even small start-up businesses can afford consultation from experienced professionals and obtain quality legal assistance throughout the formation and licensing process. Lana was admitted to the California Bar in 1999 and has an accounting and a wine EMBA degree. She is an experienced professional in many areas of the alcoholic beverage industry and has a diverse knowledge base. In addition to her legal specialties, she has management experience at bonded wineries, DSPs, importers, wine & spirits wholesale distributors. During her 5 years as a consulting attorney for other beverage law firms, she assisted many companies from business formation to full licensing and operations. Lana particularly enjoys partnering with start-up companies and proving the legal support necessary to establish a licensed entity and launch a brand.
